Well so hum ... long time no see ^_^; .. been kinda busy last month. finally y studies are comming to an end , I finishd my first 4 weeks internship today and the second one begins on monday. I was working with the health and food inspector of my province .. it was really awsome. up to a certain extend , in my class I saw a lot of what was going on there .. except for one small thing .. slautherhouses . the first day I spent there ( because, now , they dont have the right to kill animals for food if they don't have an health inspector and a vet on the floor) well the first day, I almost lost conscience .. I know you may have seen picture or videos of what happens in there .. but I tell you , for a live experience , it's noting compared to be there , the temperature that's going on in there in like cold with hot water vapor . and the smell .. THE SMELL .. it's like almost the worst smell ever it saturate your brain and you have it stuck up your nose for almost a week .. but I only spent 3 days there .. so it was not so bad ..

But now .. I had trouble finding the second one, A place told me that they were taking me for 4 weeks and than 2 days after I started the first internship .. the second one cancelled .. so yea .. I was in it up to the chin DX

So I had to jump back on my feet .. and the only place left to me was .. a slautherhouse .. gggggggrrrrrreeeeeeeaaaaattttt
because they have a really well implanted quality control certification called HACCP ( Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Point) something like that. well 4 week in this .. I,ll see what I,ll learn ... probably a lot, and I'll defenitivelly have a chance in my mind also .. seeing it .. it's hard on the mind, it's not like going to the hunt .. killing 3-4 beasts .. they kill about 1000 beasts a day .. is it me .. or is there something that feel wring about it ? .. I'll see for my self whem I'll be there..

anyway .. I'll try to do something .. probably small . because I don't have much time of my own .. working all week and all week end .. I don't even remember the last day I was able to wake up on my own ..

Well it It has been a long time since I uploaded ... again .. I think I'm always repeating my self XD

well lets put this simple . I had a car crash with my car, after the investigation I was declared not guity so it'S cool for that .. so they paid back for my car. they gave me more that I paid for the car so it's nota total loss .. even if my insuance is going to incrase because I was caught in an accident , they relly want my money badly xD

I was able to buy another one too .. like .. exactly the same thing I had before so I'm pretty happy XD too bad I was not able to take a picture of my car after it was declared a total loss .. you wound't believe I was able to escape unarm from this crash .. I got hit in front and in the back ..

Yes, winter is here ... welll it has been for a few months now .. but there is style a lot of time left XD So like last year .. I thuink IM'll post some picture I had time to take while doing some winter sports, like going in the woods with my new snowshoes. so here it is !

oh and I just remembered XD .. I got my wisdom tooth extracted from my mouth 4 days ago ... well at least you only need to do this once in a life time .. and only if they grow like mines ... So I can only eat soft stuff for week or so .. and have to eat ten times slower .. I'M HUNGRY !!

Cause I just feel like it.. or I should be studying for my final exams .. but not so much .. but I'll explain it all to you.

First asd a reminder, I'm studying nutrition in college, wich I think was really great at the begining , but now I'm almost done .. and this semester I think they were a few credit short when they made this technique becasue I have to attend psychology class and direction of human ressources .. wich dosent fit at all in nutrition ... so these class bore me to death .. especially because, most of the time , it'S about manipulating the mind of humans, wich I think is unmoral as our politician .. wich I hate ... great .. I thought the nutritionist were supposed to help people ..

Well goes to show that I'm not someone like that. so well I'll just try to pass them and will see next semester with a high level nutrition class wich I can't wait to attend !

oh and I finally decided to buy some snow shoes for this winter
. now we only have like, 1 foot of snow outside , so not really usefull .. but soon .. there will be like snow up to my shoulders. I want to go play in snow XD

.. Well not really new XD, yes I bought a car about 2 weeks and was really busy getting EVERYTHING DONE .. it costed an arm and a leg but at least it was worth it. so .. jsut some exemples .. well had to begin by buying the car, than the insurance, then the imatriculation. had the change the engine oil and the normal oil. Some anty-rust and winter tires because we have nice winters DX ..

And well for the car .. it's a 1998 saturn SL1 hum .. of indetermined color .. kinda freaky xD probably why he took over a month to sell it XD

and now .. well 'Im eating cookies hat I made .. NOPE NOT THE PAPER ONES XD .. I made real one this time .. a recepie that I'm working on in one of my class .. I'm really cool and the cookies are really good .. I hope our experimentation will make them even better
